• The whole machine is made of stainless steel, microcomputer control, fully closed management, beautiful appearance, convenient cleaning, quick response, energy-saving, safe and efficient.
• In view of the characteristics of high fluidity, easy drying and easy gluing, the machine adopts full air pressure and fully enclosed gluing mode. The glue is directly pressed into the control valve from the rubber barrel through the hose to the brush handle. Therefore, it solves the problem of water-based adhesive easy bonding jam;
• The plastic bucket is made of fully closed stainless steel pressure bucket, and the plastic bucket cover is equipped with automatic stirrer, liquid level control instrument, electronic lighting and perspective glass devices. Easy to manage visually. Barrel cover adopts pneumatic automatic rise, gluing mouth is equipped with automatic pressure relief and automatic opening linkage device, in order to facilitate gluing and cleaning work;
• Each workstation is separately equipped with a top pressure control device specially designed for water-based glue, which avoids the phenomenon of easy glue formation at the inner bend of the glue channel of the general glue control switch.
